GlobX Group, a Rwanda-headquartered business transformation firm, is stepping onto the continental stage with a bold proposition: African enterprises deserve the same operational agility and digital intelligence as their global counterparts.

As an official Odoo partner and a key exhibitor at the Africa Congress of Accountants (ACOA) 2025, the company is showcasing how affordable enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools are revolutionizing how the continent does business.

With operations spanning East Africa, the UAE, and India, GlobX is not just selling software, it’s architecting transformation.

“Odoo isn’t just a system, it’s an enabler of discipline, clarity, and control,” GlobX Group CEO, Vinay Dev said in an interview. “When businesses run smarter, they grow faster. That’s what Africa needs right now,” he added.

The company’s ERP implementations replace inefficient spreadsheets and siloed workflows with real-time dashboards and cloud-based business apps, over 80 of them, from accounting to CRM, HR, and inventory. Odoo’s modular and mobile-friendly structure makes it particularly attractive to Africa’s growing cohort of SMEs and mid-size firms seeking cost-effective growth tools.

The road hasn’t been without challenges. From limited digital readiness to budget constraints, African enterprises face uphill battles in adopting such systems. But GlobX counters these hurdles through localized onboarding, flexible implementation models, and ongoing, sector-specific training.

“Our strength lies in understanding the nuance of how African businesses operate and tailoring global tools to local needs,” Dev says. “We focus on people and processes first. Technology follows.”

At ACOA 2025, where the continent’s top financial leaders convene under the theme “Creating Value for Africa,” GlobX is positioning ERP as more than software, it’s financial discipline at scale. Live demos, real-time case studies, and interactive sessions at their booth are aimed at sparking a broader wave of digital adoption across Africa’s finance community.

By blending ERP precision with boots-on-the-ground insight, GlobX is building what Dev calls “a future where African businesses no longer chase efficiency, they lead with it.”
